When mom came she gave Michael a book called Bugs As Pets. Yesterday Michael told me he doesn't want any toys for Christmas, he just wants a pet! Then he told his friend that for Christmas he gets to go to the pet store and pick out a pet! I'm not so happy about this... :(

Funny

So for some reason the kids just like to talk about a baby brother. (Not announcing anything!) Aliyah has a ton of babies (all girls) and pretends they're her baby brother. Anyway yesterday Michael came up to me and said he had a good name for a baby. He said we need to name him something like a bug, or lizard name. He stood here and thought about it for a minute then got very excited and said, "I know! We can name a baby Lizard Rose Egbert!" (No not Ross, it was very clearly Rose) After repeating the name to make sure I had it right he very definitely said "yes, Lizard Rose Egbert" and with that, feeling very proud of himself, he ran off to play.

Christmas Gifts

Lets do homemade Christmas gifts! Get creative and make it fun! Lets see who can come up with the most original, funniest, etc. We should have a contest! I know Cherise is in so if we don't hear anything from you boys then we'll assume you're in and you'll need to get to work! hahaha

Last weekend we went to our friends wedding and on the way home we went to San Fran. I love that city, don't know why but it's just really cool. However we rode a "trolley" (bus bec trolley was too much $$) and some drunk guy came and sat by me and Aliyah. He stunk really bad like pee so Matt told me to move up and sit by Michael and he'd stand. This lady behind me leaned forward and said, " do it, get the baby away from him!" So I went to move past the guy (Matt had said "excuse me" to him) and the guys said "excuse me!" and shoved me into the pull. I was still holding Aliyah and just trying to get past this drunk w/out touching him. Anyway later Matt said his lap was soaked in pee and for the rest of the ride until the cop pulled the guy off the bus, Michael was saying "I don't like his words." (yes he was cussing too) So there's San Fran at it's finest! At least Michael can now tell people that we've never met a bad guy before but now we have and he stinks and says bad words. lol

Happy Father's Day!

There's always fun when the sprinklers come on! The kids were out in the yard playing when 7:20pm on Sunday hit and they got soaked!

The dinner table was a little crowded but it was really fun!

Spiderman (Luis) tackled Cody but that didn't stop him from wrestling with the kids. In fact I think it egged him on a little.
